The standard processing time is 3 to 5 business days, which is from 10 AM to 4 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Processing time is not included in the shipping time. Please plan accordingly.
Although we will do our utmost to deliver your hair as soon as possible, please place your order at least 48 hours before you need it! To avoid any unexpected situations that may delay delivery, we recommend that you allow at least a 3-week buffer before you need it.
Our warehouses are located in Southeast Asia or China, and all products are shipped from these warehouses. Orders from American customers are usually shipped from the United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS), unless inventory is insufficient, in which case we will ship from China. Orders from other countries are shipped from China via courier companies such as DHL, UPS, and TNT. For orders from our American warehouse, we offer expedited shipping services. If you urgently need to receive your order, you can pay an additional $20, and it will usually be delivered within 1-3 days.
Please note:
1. The United States does not process orders on one day every week, which is Saturday. Shipping companies are closed on Sundays. Please carefully choose the appropriate shipping method after Friday.
2. During promotional and holiday periods, processing and shipping times may be extended.
3. After purchase, discounts cannot be applied or changed anymore.
4. Multiple discounts cannot be applied to an order simultaneously.
5. If the phone number is missing or the address is unclear in the order, the order will only be retained for 5 working days after it is placed. If the deadline is exceeded, the order will be canceled and the payment will be refunded accordingly. Therefore, please ensure that you leave the correct shipping address and phone number when placing the order.
